RCN to Air The Big Game in 4K Across All Residential Markets on Sun., February 2

Football’s biggest game and halftime show will be broadcast in crystal-clear 4K picture for customers of RCN, the leading provider of 4K content

(Boston, MA) – January 23, 2020 – RCN, award-winning provider of high-speed internet, digital TV and phone services, today announced that it will air “The Big Game” in crystal-clear 4K resolution on 4K channel 1525 on Sunday, February 2, 2020 in each of its serviceable markets for customers with 4K-enabled set-top boxes.

Customers in RCN’s footprint can catch the 4K coverage beginning with the pregame show at 1PM ET, followed by The Big Game, halftime show, and post-game commentary. RCN football fans will be able to see all the action in finer detail with up to four times the resolution of full HD.

Here is what you need to watch the big game in 4K from RCN:

  • A subscription to RCN TV and 4K technology service from RCN – call today if you’re not already set up
  • A 4K set-top box from RCN and a 4K UHD TV
  • RCN’s Voice Remote, so you can tune to Channel 1525 using simple voice commands
