Important Message From City of Boston Credit Union

The City of Boston Credit Union is taking ongoing preparedness actions to protect the health, safety and financial well-being of our members and colleagues amid the outbreak of COVID-19 in Massachusetts.

As the impacts of COVID-19 strain financial markets, we are monitoring conditions closely and preparing to support local businesses and families who may feel the ripple effects of this outbreak. We also continue to remind our members to be aware that hackers and scammers are using this opportunity to take advantage of unsuspecting businesses and consumers, with fraudulent emails directing recipients to harmful websites. The best practice in avoiding scams and hackers is to not click on any links in emails you were not expecting or did not request, or simply to delete the emails.

To support member and colleague health, we have substantially increased cleaning protocols. We have made hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes available in all high-traffic areas of our branches, including restrooms, lobbies, ATM and teller areas, as well as, having latex gloves available to employees that wish to use them.

We encourage you to make use of our free online banking offerings, which allow you to access your accounts from anywhere on a desktop or mobile device, as safely and securely as if you were in one of our branches. City of Boston Credit Union also offers 24-hour Telephone Banking, which can be accessed by calling our toll-free number at 888-833-5589.

We can each do our part in preventing the spread of illness. We urge you to follow CDC guidelines in helping to prevent the spread of COVID-19. You can access the latest updates regarding

COVID-19 in Massachusetts here.

City of Boston Credit Union will continue to monitor this situation with Federal, State and Local agencies and inform you with any updates.
