BEDFORD, NH. Republican Matt Mowers, Candidate for Congress in New Hampshire’s First Congressional District, announced the first round of endorsements for his campaign. These endorsements demonstrate wide support from across the Republican party, including leaders from New Hampshire’s pro-life movement, unanimous backing from the Rockingham County Commissioners, and grassroots activists who worked for President Trump in 2016.
Conservative activist and pro-life leader Karen Testerman endorsed Mowers saying, “Matt Mowers has worked to protect the value of life his whole life, from supporting pro-life causes to leading a life-saving program at the Department of State,” Testerman said. “Matt Mowers brings a new generation of conservative leadership to New Hampshire and is the best candidate to take on and defeat Chris Pappas.”
Hampton Falls attorney and activist Ellen Christo praised Mowers saying, “Matt Mowers has the experience and energy to bring our party together, defeat Chris Pappas and deliver for New Hampshire in Congress,” Christo said. “In just one week, Matt’s campaign has shown strong grassroots support across the district and the fundraising power to keep up with the Pelosi/Pappas Democratic machine in Washington.”
“I am honored to have such early strong support from leaders in our District who make the Republican Party so vibrant and successful here. We will need their dedication in taking back our District from Chris Pappas, Nancy Pelosi, and the army of special interests that will stop at nothing to thwart President Trump’s agenda,” said Mowers.
